Josh Brolin is heading back for more Thanos, with the actor saying he’s set to begin filming Avengers 4. Next year will be a big one for Brolin, who will not only reprise his role as Thanos in Marvel Studios/Disney’s Avengers: Infinity War but star alongside Ryan Reynolds in 20th Century Fox’s Deadpool 2 as Nathan Summers/Cable. The former recently wrapped its own filming, while the latter just got started in late June.
It looks like Simon Kinberg’s X-Men: Dark Phoenix has added a new face to its cast, and The Originals star Summer Fontana has nabbed herself the lucrative role of playing a young Jean Grey.
Digitally removing Henry Cavill’s infamous mustache he’s sporting in the Justice League reshoots should not be a very expensive endeavor, though there are other issues at hand. It seems every time a big budget comic book film goes into reshoots, rumors begin swirling that the movie is a disaster and needs a major overhaul. Since Justice League‘s return to the set also includes a change in director, with Joss Whedon (Avengers) taking over for Zack Snyder, both fans and critics of the DCEU have wondered if extensive changes to the film are required.
Deadpool 2 star Josh Brolin is showing off his toned Cable physique in a very revealing online post. Brolin, of course, has been in heavy training mode since April when 20th Century Fox announced that the acclaimed actor was cast to star opposite Ryan Reynolds in the hotly anticipated follow-up to the 2016 blockbuster Deadpool. Since his casting, Brolin has taken to social media often, either to reveal behind-the-scenes photos of his life-casting sessions in Deadpool 2’s makeup effects shop or to share videos of his intense workout regimen.
A new photo featuring the reunion of Wade Wilson/Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and his pal Blind Al (Leslie Uggams) has recently made its way to the internet. The pic comes from the set of Deadpool 2 which is currently being shot and is scheduled to be released June of next year.
